Q. Can partyhelp organise parties for any occasion?
A. Yes. Partyhelp have such a large range of Melbourne party venues that there are party venues suitable for any occasion. There are 21st birthday party venues, 30th birthday party venues, engagement party venues, even wedding reception venues and corporate party venues.
Q. What size parties can Partyhelp organise?
A. Partyhelp have function rooms in Melbourne that can suit any size party from 20 people to 1800 people.
Q. I am not sure whether I should have a DJ or not at my party, what do you suggest?
A. Our experience is that all the best parties have great music and the best way to provide great party music is with a DJ so if you can afford one – we would recommend it – but most of our function rooms have places for you to plug in an iPod / iPhone – so you can still have great music!
Q. How much do the function rooms cost to hire?
A. Most of our party venues have free room hire however some Melbourne venues may cost from $200 to $500 to hire. Room hire costs are clearly shown in the tailored list of party venues Partyhelp will email to you once you leave your party details.
Q. Can Partyhelp also organise food, DJ and decorations?
A. Partyhelp have a huge selection of DJ’s to choose from and can organise any style of decorations that you want. The food is normally organised directly with the venue but we will make sure that the function rooms that we recommend can cater to your requirements. And most of our venues offer finger food by the platter so you are not locked into a price per person.
Q. How do you recommend the party venues in Melbourne?
A. Once you complete the My Party Details form, Partyhelp select the Melbourne party venues that best match your requirements for location, style of party venue, budget (if you choose to estimate one) and most importantly, the number people that you estimate will be at your party.
Q. Do I have to book one of your party venues?
A. No. You are under no obligation to book one of our party venues. We do recommend that you at least have a look at a couple of our function rooms but it is totally up to you.
Q. Do Partyhelp only have party venues Melbourne?
A. Partyhelp also have party venues and function rooms in Brisbane and we will be launching in Sydney and Adelaide soon!
Q. I want to have a wedding reception that is a bit different – I don’t want a sit down dinner, can you help me with my party?
A. Partyhelp venues specialise in these modern wedding receptions – referred to as “cocktail parties”. We have a number of function rooms and party venues across Melbourne that can cater for these less formal wedding receptions (and we have engagement party venues of course!).
Q. If Partyhelp is free, how do you make money?
A. The party venues pay a small commission to Partyhelp
