Hi Steve, Thanks for your e-mail. Your venue recommendations have been superb, I've checked out the Hotel in North Melbourne and the venue in Carlton. Both were very impressive with very reasonable 'minimum spends.' I'm yet to make it to the swanky looking one in St Kilda, but it's looking like another very realistic option.
