Q. Can partyhelp organise parties for any occasion? A. Yes. Partyhelp party venues do specialise in 21st's but they have function rooms that can cater for any occasion whether it be a 30th, engagement party, wedding reception or any birthday at all (but it is only for people aged 18 years and over).

Q. What size parties can Partyhelp organise? A. Partyhelp have function rooms all over Melbourne that can suit any size party from 50 people to 500 people.

Q. I am not sure whether I should have a DJ or not at my party, what do you suggest? A. Our experience is that all the best parties have cool tunes and the best to provide this is with a Dj so if you can afford one – we would recommend it – but most of our function rooms have CD stackers or places for you to plug in an iPod - so you can still have some cool tunes!

Q. How much do the function rooms cost to hire? A. Most of our party venues have free function room hire but some function rooms may cost from $200 to $500 to hire.

Q. Does Partyhelp also organise food, decorations and a DJ? A. Partyhelp have a huge selection of DJ's to choose from and can organise any style of decorations that you want. The food is normally organised directly with the venue but we will make sure that the function rooms that we recommend can cater to your requirements

Q. How do you recommend the function rooms?  A. Once you complete the party details form Partyhelp select the Melbourne function rooms that best match your requirements for style of venue, location, budget (if you choose to estimate one) and most importantly, the number people that you estimate will be at your party

Q. Do I have to book one of your function rooms?  A. No.  You are under no obligation to book one of our function rooms.  We do recommend that you at least have a look at a couple of our function rooms but it is totally up to you.

Q. Do Partyhelp only have function rooms in Melbourne? A. At this stage, Partyhelp do only have function rooms in Melbourne.

Q. I want to have a wedding reception that is a bit different - I dont want a sit down dinner, can you help me with my party? A. Partyhelp venues specialise in these funky wedding receptions.  We have a number of function rooms across Melbourne that can cater for these less formal wedding receptions (and engagement parties).

Q. If Partyhelp is free, how do you make money? A. The party venues pay a small commission to Partyhelp
